F.A.Q.’s

A: When you call our emergency after-hours support line, you will need to leave a message and the after-hours technician will call you back in 15 minutes.
A: Please leave your name, your business name, business location (if you have more than one), best phone number to reach you back at, and details of the problem you are having.  The best practice is to call from the phone number you want us to return your call to.  If we can’t understand the message for any reason, we can select redial and reach you.
A: We only service and support your Point of Sale System.  If you need to take credit card processing offline on your Aloha system, please contact our support desk and we’ll be happy to assist you.  To troubleshoot your internet, please call your Internet Service Provider for further assistance.
A: We partner with Radiant Payment Services, who processes credit cards.
A: Please call our support desk and a technician will work with you to troubleshoot the problem.  After you work with a technician, they will give you a work order number and our address.
